Today, I am going to tell you guys about the name of such fruits and vegetables and other eating stuff which contain good amount of calories and proteins and help you gain weight easily . So let's continue the topic guys

BELOW ARE THE NAME OF 10 SUCH ITEMS WHICH WILL HELP YOU GAIN WEIGHT EASILY AND ITS FOR VEGETARIANS TOO .

1- PEANUT BUTTER 

Peanuts are packed with proteins and fats and other important nutrients. It offers an ideal meal portion for people trying to gain weight naturally. A single tablespoon of peanut butter has around 100 calories . Peanut butter also contains vitamins like magnesium,folic acid , vitamin B and E . Apply a thick layer of peanut butter to a whole wheat bread for a healthy break fast and to boost up your calories intake.
                 1Tablespoon of p butter = 90 calories
                  1tablespoom of p butter = 1gm protein

2- WHOLE FAT MILK 
A simple solution to gain weight is replacing your skimmed milk with whole fat milk. Whole milk will give you 60 extra calories than skimmed milk. Milk is also full of vitamins and nutrients and it is also a rich source of vitamin A and D.You can take milk with oats and cereal. No matter how you consume it , it will offer your health a whole lot of good 
           1 Glass of whole fat milk =146 calories 

3- FRUITS

    Fruits, especially tropical fruits will help you gain weight easily . Mango,bananas,papayas and pineapple have good natural sugar,which is a great way to gain weight .These fruits with natural sugar will fill up your stomach and give you instant energy.You can simply make a fruit desert adding these fruits and skipping saturated artificial sugar.

Protein=1.4grams
1banana=105gram calories 
Protein=1.3gram

4-AVOCADOS

Avocados are an excellent way to add good healthy nutrients to your diet .Just a half of avocado contain 150 calories.It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals such as high level of vitamin E, folic acid and potassium.So remember to enjoy avocados as salad too.You can even spread it on your toast.
1Avocado=320calories
Proteins=2grams.

5-WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
Whole wheat bread is an easy way to gain weight easily .If you are adding whole wheat bread to your diet with few tablespoons of peanut butter it will give you a high amount of calories and proteins .Whole wheat bread has enough nutrients to support a healthy breakfast and it also helps I'm adding enough calories .It also contain fiber and minerals that are missing in the normal breads.The whole wheat bread as breakfast will keep you stay full for longer period of time 
 100grams of whole wheat bread =250calories 
 100grams of whole w.b.                =13g protein 

6-BUTTER OR GHEE
Butter is high in calories .You can eat whole wheat bread with butter if u dont have peanut butter because it contamos calories in good amount too .It will make your breakfast healthy and will give you all the nutrients that are required for the day.Always remember ,butter does not have saturated fats ,so eat and enjoy it in limited.If you dont prefer butter you can substitute it with ghee.It is a form of clarified butter 
1tablespoon of butter=34calories

7-NUTS AND DRIED FRUITS 
Nuts are great snacks choice and a healthy way in order to gain weight in a right way.They have good sources of proteins,fats and calories and other important nutrients.Nuts also contains a good deal of fiber .Eating mixed nuts can keep you full for a longer period of time
Raisin ratio=1/4-cup serving=108g calories
Dried apples 1/4 cup = 52gram calories

8-CHEESE
Cheese is one of my favourite and i am sure you will love to eat it too.The best item is that you can use it in almost all of your dishes.Again,if you are running out of milk or peanut butter or ghee you can substitue cheese as it containss all the other important nutrients.
                       50grams cheese=20g calories
                       50grams cheese=12g protein
9-POTATOES
Everyone loves potatoes !You can add these high carbohydrates-rich vegetables into your dite to gain weight really fast.Potatoes are very high in protein, full of fibers and also contain good amount of vitamin C .
                 1Medium potatoe=77calories
                   1medium potatoe=2g protein

10-SWEET POTATOES

Sweet potatoes are naturally sweet tasting but their natural sugar are slowly released into the bloodstream , helping to ensure a balanced and regular source of energy with the blood sugar spikes linked to fatigue and weight gain 
      1Sweet potatoe=86g calories 
       1Sweet potatoes =1.6g protein
